最近和舊同事聚會。

起初被叫到時還沒反應過來。猜想可能是某項目終于殺青了。

後來想想。這種事情，多半是當中某個人*畢業了。



*畢業者，就是丟了，正統說法就是辭職了。

Bo Liao Stuff

Running a company is like an automation machine: 

1) You are the operator. 

2) Cash is your power source, keeps everyone running, and of course your finance is the power regulating unit, keep you running stable. 

3) Your resource as the consumables/ appliances media, 

4) Your assigned managers is the intelligence control unit (PLC whatsoever), supervisors you can take them as those sub-processing units such as drivers etc. Who keeps telling your components what to move. 

5) How your managers/ supervisors direct, based on your programming, if not limited by your programming skills. 

6) Cross checking, audit, is your Sensors. 

7) Your QC department, is the Pass/Fail Inspection Module/Unit (incoming/outgoing) . 

8) Your safety enforcement, is safety guards, sensors, interlocks, safety relays, circuit breakers, etc. (somehow they are same in both). 

9) Procurement, Store and logistic is loading/unloading module.

Talk so much rubbish. My point is:

1) You can have a different weight in all functions, depends the nature of your business. 

2) You skip your safety, everything still run, may be nothing happen. But when something happen, you jialat jialat. 

3) Bo Lui Bo Business. 

4) You may save at maintenance, but when things broke down, not to mentioned safety jialat jialat, your machine down also bo business. 

5) Choose and utilise your control unit wisely. if programme got bug then fix, if hardware failure have to change them. 

6) Bypass all sensor, machine still run one, but you also duno if it is running accordingly. 

7) You skip your inspection module, like everything sui sui send customer, Customers all rejects then you hyper. 

8) Machine aso need to rest. 

9) If you keep your machine well, you run eng eng bo dai chi, if you keep compromising here and there, alot of bugs, bad design, everyday you need human intervention, work die you. 

10) If your machine run sui sui but thereafter you never upgrade it, eventually your end product out of date and pulls you out the market. 

11) Do a good architecture, culture, design for your corporation.
